Scale
From EvaluationWiki
As a noun, this refers to the units of measurement being used in quantitative evaluation work. But it has a use as a verb, from the phrase 'to scale up/down.' In this use, the question "Will it scale?" means "Can this program (for example) be scaled up massively?" and thus is often an important part of what should be considered in program evaluation. (It is, for example, considered in more detail under the Generalizability checkpoint in the KEC.)
