Satisfaction
From EvaluationWiki
One of the most common variables to try to maximize in the delivery of service, along with quality of service; and hence usually a principal variable to be studied in the evaluation of service. The slang term for questionnaires that survey user satisfaction, e.g., in the evaluation of training programs is 'the smiles test' and indeed, by using a spectrum with smiling faces graded into frowning faces, it is possible to get quite good results with preliterate or semi-literate populations. Without a serious counterpart component covering the evaluation of quality of content, it is of course a wholly inadequate basis for an evaluation.
