Participatory

An approach that represents an intermediate point in the spectrum from distanced evaluation to empowerment evaluation. Includes cases where the participants make contributions, e.g., report on certain components or aspects of an evaluand, but might not cooperate with others to generate the final overall report: contrast with collaborative evaluation.
