Objective
From EvaluationWiki
1. A specific goal or target for e.g., a program or project; an end sought by a person or plan. 2. Unbiased, impartial, a true account in an area where bias or prejudice is rife. Hence the quality of objectivity as likely to be objective. Loosely connected with consensus, though this is often due to shared bias or prejudice, hence the connection is loose and needs to be subject to independent tests of truth.
