Interviews
From EvaluationWiki
These are one of the five fundamental methods of data-gathering in evaluation, along with observing, measuring, testing, and surveying. Interviews are of two broad types: one-on-one (a.k.a., face-to-face), and group interviews, of which focus groups are a particular variety), and each may be done in one of two ways, called structured and unstructured (a.k.a., informal). The 'structure' is provided by an outline usually involving specific questions to be asked, in a specified order.
