Evaluator
From EvaluationWiki
Someone whose duties are specified as mainly involving evaluation. In the sense we are concerned with in this document, an evaluator is likely to be specialized in just one of four leading areas of evaluation: the evaluation of programs, products, personnel, or policies, although there are more than a score of such specialties, including restaurant and film and book reviewers, art and drama critics, jewelry assessors, etc. But of course, everyone is an evaluator some of the time (e.g., when shopping at the market), and many people whose title is something else (e.g., administrator) spend much and sometimes most of their time doing evaluation.
