Collaborative Evaluation
From EvaluationWiki
This is a kind of evaluation in which some-or a selected group-of the staff of the evaluand (typically a program) being evaluated, or of those it services, or both, work together with the evaluator on the evaluation, and may share authorship of the evaluation report. It is one kind of participatory evaluation, the more general term that refers to any kind of cooperation between the evaluator and the evaluees or impactees, ranging from answering questions or digging up records, to complete ownership of the evaluation (the latter extreme is called empowerment evaluation). It is contrasted with distanced evaluation in which there is no interaction between the evaluator and the program staff. See Collaborative Evaluation Liliana Rodriguez (zzz2005).
