Benefits evaluation
From EvaluationWiki
A subspecies of impact evaluation that focuses only on benefits. Generally this risks misrepresentation since programs often have non-beneficial effects, which should not be ignored in an evaluation; but sometimes, as with the term 'impact evaluation' the intent is to include more than the literal term denotes, i.e., in the case of 'benefits evaluation' the intent is to include all effects, good and bad.
