Advisory-oriented evaluation

An approach sometimes contrasted with expertise-oriented evaluation and consumer-oriented evaluation. The adjectives come from business organization practice and indicate a different sense of mission: the advisory orientation aims not at doing the whole evaluation task but at helping to get it done and evaluating the quality of the work.
